My daughter and I booked Call Jeeves for a day trip to see Castle Hill. We didn't have any other areas we specifically wanted to see, but with plenty of time, Karen suggested several wonderful spots for us to stop. She only needed a few minutes chatting with us to know exactly the types of things that would interest us. She was spot on with everything and we really enjoyed our time with her. We learned plenty about the area without it sounding like a school lecture.
I highly recommend Call Jeeves if you are looking for something outside the scope of the cruise ship offerings. We wanted to say again how wonderful our trip to Castle Hill with Karen was. We are back in Australia after our cruise and we just wanted to thank you again for our day trip during our stopover in Akaroa. You showed considerable patience and resolve putting up with all our family dynamics - including old world grandpas! You deserve a medal for that alone.
But the tour was amazing and we got to see so much of the Volcanic Peninsula that we hadn't seen before, so it was really a wonderful and worthwhile trip in that beautiful part of the world. We had a tours with Karen on February 16th and 17th from Akaroa. We were the group from Alabama, USA off of the Seabourn Cruise Line. My husband and I were the two non Trump supporters in the group, in case our name doesn’t ring a bell. We had a safe trip back to the states although having trouble sleeping. We thank you very much for making our trip memorable and safe.
